Online Store Dashboard
The first thing you see when you log into your online store is your Dashboard. The dashboard gives you an overview of your store and helps you quickly navigate to other sections of the control panel.
You can get back to your dashboard at any time under Store management → Dashboard.
Overview
Get started by walking through the To-do list, see how your store is performing with Reports, and check out the Tips banners for ideas on how to grow your business.
To-do list
The To-do list provides step-by-step instructions for setting up your store. Click on each step to navigate to the corresponding section of your control panel, then come back to the dashboard to check it off your list. Once all five steps are completed, you’re ready to launch your store.
You can hide or unhide the to-do list under Settings → General → Setup Wizard.
Reports
Your dashboard provides statistics about your visitors and orders so you can quickly see how your store is performing.
Under Reports, you’ll see:
● Total visitors
● Total product views
● Orders received
● Revenue
● Number of visitors who viewed a product
● Number of visitors who added a product to their cart
● Number of visitors who started checkout
● Number of visitors who placed an order
● Revenue generated from abandoned carts (if abandoned cart recovery emails are enabled)
You can change the reporting time period using the dropdown menu to view:
● Today
● Yesterday
● Last 24 hours
● Last 7 days
● Last 30 days
● This week
● This month
● This year
● Lifetime
Tips
You’ll see several banners on your dashboard with suggested features and sales channels to help grow your business. For example, you may see recommendations like:
● Advertise your products across Google
● Add your store to Facebook
● Add the Online Store mobile app to manage your store from your phone
